Social Responsibilities

Beyondsoft constantly pursues ways to assume its Corporate Social Responsibility. We are make efforts to unearth and spread the deep meaning of one simple concept—Corporate Citizenship.

Concerned about people

Beyondsoft cares about every Beyondsofter. We believe people are the basis of our success. We believe if we treat our people well, they will help us prosper and make the world a better place to live. We adhere to this principle in both good times and bad. During the hard days of the economic crisis, we did not abandon any single employee. It is this spirit that encourages our employees to strive ahead, shoulder to shoulder, and conquer difficulties.

We not only care about our own people, but are also concerned about the people in pain who might need our help. We gave generous donations when national disasters occurred:

• We offered aid during the snow storm of February in 2008;
• We donated money to those who lost their homes and families in the Wenchuan Earthquake, and also spread the message by giving away T-shirts with slogans calling for more support.

More than just reacting to large-scale tragedies, we also make efforts to support less previleged members of our society. Beyondsoft has close relationships with the Shepherd Village orphanage. We set up a special donation box at our receptionist desk, and we visit the children regularly.

Love our planet

Today, environmental issues have become a bottleneck for economic development and a serious issue affecting everyone on erath. Beyondsoft values the green life and promotes this concept to our employees in many ways. 

• Once a month, we build volunteer teams and organize them to pick up litter around nearby tourist attractions.
• We encourage employees to take the bus or subway. We provide a shuttle bus near the subway station to facilitate journey.
• We post notices in our office facilities to emphasize the importance of recycling paper and saving water and electricity.
