1. Campus Recruitment Process
With the current shortage of IT talent, campuses have become a battlefield for leading IT firms; everyone scrambles to get into campuses to attract outstanding students. As a company that takes graduate cultivation extremely seriously, Beyondsoft expends an appropriately large amount of effort on this cause. Beginning in 2001, we implemented a recruitment system that reflects Beyondsoft’s characteristics as a place to work: each year, we build upon the successful experience of previous years, and constantly improve our campus recruiting processes. Our aim is to both attract outstanding graduates to join us for Beyondsoft’s long-term development as well as to design a vehicle for conveying the firm’s culture as a bright spot in an already bright industry.

2. Campus Recruitment Process

 

• Our seminars and exams are generally held at the same time and place. All students who attend the seminars are eligible to take the written examination. All those participating please bring a hard copy of your resume and a pen.
• Previous examination and re-examination will all be notified via text message.
• The previous examination focuses on English communication skills, basic personal qualities and career intentions.
• The re-examination focuses on technical competence and professional ability in English.
• Please bring a tripartite agreement signed (in triplicate), certificates of English proficiency, ID cards and student ID.
