Q: What is the process of signing a contract with Beyondsoft?
A: Generally, the signing and formalities are conducted in the city where you were hired. When coming for the signing, please bring your ID card, student card, certificate of achievement in English, and tripartite agreement.
Q: My school is uncertain when the tripartite agreement will be sent to me, what should I do?
A: Please contact the school, and obtain the tripartite agreement as soon as possible.

A: Newly graduated recruits will begin after July 2012.

Q: Does Beyondsoft arrange for training before work begins?
A: Beyondsoft holds pre-job training in multiple regions such as Wuhan, Wuxi and Beijing. Pre-job training usually lasts 1-2 months, including technical training classes, business English, and professional development training courses.
Q: What is Beyondsoft’s new employee orientation process?
A: Beyondsoft has a comprehensive training system in place for new employees, including new staff induction training and business culture training. Training may or may not be held before work formally starts. Outstanding students have the opportunity to receive training or work abroad.

A: Training is divided into four categories, according to the different needs of different positions:

A: Beyondsoft has a complete training system with both on-the-job training and special business training. The length of training varies with different training content. Beyondsoft’s career development path is clear. There are essentially two paths to take: management or expert. The management sequence prepares you to take a leadership role such as group leader or project manager, while the expert sequence prepares you for a role such as senior test engineer. With regard to changing positions within the company, if Beyondsoft has the right job opening, and your personal skills meet the requirements, this is entirely possible.

A: In accordance with national law, national holidays are considered paid vacation time. Bonuses are issued at the end of the performance evaluation and vary on the results of the assessment.

A: 5 working days per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

A: Some projects may require overtime. Beyondsoft compensates with pay or time off in accordance with the provisions of national labor laws.

A: Upon signing of the contract, graduates must provide proof of recent physical examination.
Employees must receive a medical examination at a designated hospital, and provide a formal report before working. After starting work, Beyondsoft will arrange regular staff check-ups.
