Recruitment Process

Step 1: Submit Resume
You can submit online or attend one of our campus events.

Step 2: Resume Review
Our Human Resources department review and screen all submitted resumes, picking out the skills and work experience relevant to current open positions.

Step 3: Interview
Candidates are interviewed by both HR and management to determine whether competency, awareness of job requirements, and desired compensation are in line with expectations. Some positions require multiple rounds of interviews.

Step 4: Selection
We base the decision on each candidate’s performance throughout the entire process. An offer is issued soon after the decision to hire is made.
