Paid Vacation: All staff who have worked at Beyondsoft for more than one year are entitled to an annual paid vacation. The duration of the vacation increases with the number of years of employment at the company. There are many group tours organized by Beyondsoft. Staff members have visited numerous spots in China , while vacations abroad are arranged for outstanding employees each year.

Medical Insurance: Beyondsoft purchases medical insurance for all its employees to guarantee the protection of employees' health. Employees also receive relevant protection during all business activities.
