Salary Structure
We provide our employees with one of the best salary packages in the industry, and so have gathered top talent for positions at all levels. Staff salaries are adjusted annually to reflect employee's performance for that year. Outstanding performances can expect outstanding rewards.

Paid Annual Leave
All employees of one year or more are entitled to paid annual leave, and vacation time increases with the length of employment. Each year, we organize a group trip to a different location. All domestic employees have the opportunity to participate, and outstanding employees may also receive foreign travel opportunities.

Medical Insurance
Beyondsoft purchases medical insurance for all its employees to guarantee the protection of employees' health. Employees also receive relevant protection during all business activities. The company organizes physical examinations annually, and arranges for employees who are found to have physical problems to have timely therapy and recuperation.
