Our Culture

The average age of our staff is under 28. We provide them with open and equal work environment that is also engaging and fun. There is also ample room for growth and development. As Beyondsoft’s clients are mostly U.S. and European companies, our corporate culture is very similar to foreign companies with a Fortune 500 work style. Our philosophy is: happy work, happy life.

 

Beyondsoft has a number of incentives in place for rewarding outstanding individual and team performance, such as bonuses, salary increases, paid annual holidays, group travel, etc. We have designed a comprehensive staff appraisal system to measure the performance of individual employees and teams, which has received praise from many customers and external agencies.

 

We give employees enough personal space to encourage them to think and act out of ‘the box.’ As long as they are in line with the values of the company, we give employees the freedom and support to achieve their goals in their own way. We conduct regular surveys and listen to employee suggestions. Through these surveys, employees of Beyondsoft or any department can make comments or propose suggestions. We truly understand the importance of a balanced life and family support. Every year we organize several sports and recreational activities so that employees can spend more time with their families. After one year at Beyondsoft, employees are eligible for paid annual leave, and vacation time increases with the length of employment. In addition, Beyondsoft also offers opportunities for staff to travel to the United States, Japan, Singapore and Europe and other countries for work or training. Beyondsoft has maintained a consistently low turnover rate relative to the industry.
