  • New employee training
    Before being assigned to a specific department, new employees receive intensive training. This training is intended to address some common issues, including Beyondsoft’s background and positioning, as well as teach some basic skills. It includes keynote presentations, multimedia lectures, interactive training, online learning, internal e-mail, and so on.

    In China, students received up to ten years of English training in public school, but without many opportunities for practical application still experience difficulty communicating in the language. At Beyondsoft, we stress the importance of constant improvement and upkeep of foreign language skills. Our business dictates COPIOUS exchange and communication with the United States and European countries. Therefore, English instruction accounts for a large proportion of our training. We employ many native speakers as English instructors who work to improve all aspects of our employees’ language skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
