Spotlight on Training Bases

Software Academy
Beyondsoft works in collaboration with dozens of universities and colleges nationwide to offer training in software development and testing, including Java, C++, and C#, among other languages and develop platforms. Soft skills and foreign language training are also part of the curriculum. The collaboration includes class exchanges, joint labs, joint projects, field work, technology and professional development seminars, and science and technology competitions. Beyondsoft also has its own training centers at each branch throughout China, including two large-scale training operations at Jiangsu and Wuxi. All new Beyondsoft recruits pass through an initial training session, and are then assessed and placed in an internship or posted to a department. In this way, new recruits are provided with enhanced technical knowledge and abilities and space for professional development while Beyondsoft builds a large reserve of qualified software personnel.

SAP Consultant Academy:
As an authorized SAP training partner, Beyondsoft SAP Consulting Academy brings together the experience of seasoned SAP consultants and theoretical knowledge of senior experts to conduct standard training courses, in-house-developed project-based training, and customized training for specific clients. The goal is to help aspiring consultants, managers, and technical staff to better understand SAP and the business intelligence industry in general, improve their core competitiveness in the field, and guide their careers toward becoming a senior SAP consultant.

Mobile Internet Academy:
With the rise of the mobile internet industry and the subsequent explosion of creative developers for mobile device applications, including the iPhone / Andriod / PHP developers, there is an increasing shortage of talent in the market. In 2010, through the acquisition of China’s first smart phone software development outsourcing company, Beyondsoft obtained expertise in iPhone, Android, Blackberry and other smart phone operating systems, as well as front-end and back-end application platform software development and testing abilities. Based on the acquired company’s existing comprehensive training system, Beyondsoft formed the Mobile Internet Academy, which includes development of language training, project cases, quality management and process control, as well as English and other subjects. Participants are assigned to departments for employment or further training upon completion of the program.

Beyondsoft Business School
 

Beyondsoft Business School is tailored to the needs of junior, middle and senior managers, in an effort to provide the full range of enterprise development skills required. Through classes such as “Strategic Decision-Making,” “Talent Identification and Management,” “Leadership Methods,” “Thought Leadership and Innovation,” and “Performance and Development,” their skills and knowledge are greatly improved. These skills and expertise come to fruition during the course of daily work, where well-trained individuals combine to form outstanding teams, which in turn give back to Beyondsoft via increased productivity and quality.
