Ben Wang - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ben Wang is Founder, President and CEO of Beyondsoft. As a pioneer of software outsourcing in China, Mr. Wang has over the past decade built Beyondsoft into a leading outsourcing service provider that constantly strives to deliver a higher level of customer satisfaction. Having invested heavily in human capital and service quality, Mr. Wang has overseen the company's rapid growth from a small-sized localization outfit to a global provider of quality ITO and BPO services.
Mr. Wang is a far-sighted entrepreneur with strong leadership skills and deep business acumen. Today Mr. Wang is recognized as an outsourcing pioneer by the hi-tech industry, the Chinese government and the investment community. He frequently speaks at industry and company events, and makes regular contributions to popular journals and websites.
Mr. Wang graduated from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Now Beihang University) with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He also holds an EMBA degree from the prestigious China Europe International Business School.
Qiang Ma - Executive Vice President
Mr. Ma is the Executive Vice President & co-founder of Beyondsoft Group. He is a veteran of the IT outsourcing industry with 13 years of experience. Throughout his work, Mr. Ma contributed greatly to business development with one of Beyondsoft's biggest clients, Microsoft. Currently, Mr. Ma is also managing Beyondsoft's office in Shanghai and successfully contributing to the company's business expansion there.
Mr. Ma holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and graduated from his EMBA program at the Peking University.
Roger Zhang - Executive Vice President
Roger Zhang is Executive Vice President and Co-founder of Beyondsoft Group. With more than 12 years' experience in the ITO industry at both a technical and an executive level, Mr. Zhang currently heads the company's R&D services in China, the United States and Singapore.
Mr. Zhang has also led the company's technical service activities and played an active role in expanding Beyondsoft's range of service offerings. He developed the framework for the company's first offshore delivery center. His efforts are widely recognized by Beyondsoft's major clients, and have helped to forge the excellent reputation that the company enjoys today.
Mr. Zhang has in the past few years devoted much energy to Beyondsoft US, where he was instrumental in cementing Beyondsoft's business partnerships with its major North American clients.
Mr. Zhang graduated from Beihang University with a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
Aaron Liu - Executive Vice President
Aaron Liu is Executive Vice President of Beyondsoft. He works with Jonathon Chu, Vice President of Beyondsoft, and Head of Beyondsoft US operations, in further exploring US business opportunities and expanding the domestic delivery teams.
With more than a decade's experience in the IT outsourcing industry, Mr. Liu possesses a diverse set of competencies ranging from company management and market exploration to client relations management and project implementation.
Before joining the Beyondsoft team, Mr. Liu was Country Manager of Symbio China. During his four-year tenure as Managing Director of Symbio's China operations, Mr. Liu helped the company increase its business by 500 percent and completed the strategic deployment of its delivery centers in major Chinese cities.
Mr. Liu graduated from the Fuji Catholic University in Taiwan with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics. He went on to earn an EMBA at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management in Beijing.
Liang Li - Executive Vice President
Li Liang is Executive Vice President of Beyondsoft. He is responsible for the company's Microsoft business in Beijing, Shanghai and the United States. A natural leader, Mr. Liang has amassed over the past decade the expertise to fulfill a personal goal – "To help build a world-class IT services company in China".
Mr. Liang cut his teeth as a software developer with the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Within two years he had taken charge of his team at ICBC. His career path has also taken him to Singapore (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi) and the United States (Broadreach Consulting, Firstrain Inc. and Microsoft Corporation).
Prior to joining Beyondsoft, Mr. Liang was the Lead Program Manager of China Outsourcing Initiative (COI), Microsoft. His contributions to the software giant were outstanding. He built the COI China Team from scratch, cultivating it into a highly respected, high performance team. Mr. Liang orchestrated and implemented MS China’s outsourcing strategy, and constructed the company’s national outsourcing operation platform. His efforts were rewarded in 2006, when the President of Microsoft China R&D Group handed Mr. Liang the "Gold Star" award. Through this work, Mr. Liang was deeply engaged with Microsoft, Chinese outsourcing players and the Chinese government.
Anil Bakht - Managing Director, Eastern Software System (a Beyondsoft Company, www.essindia.com)
Anil holds a degree in Computer Science from University of Toronto , Canada . He lived in Canada for 12 years working for organizations such as ESSO Petroleum and Bank of Nova Scotia before returning to India in 1985. After coming back to India he joined CMC Limited and was with the company for 5 years. During his stay with CMC he was responsible for the company's foray in the area of Bank Automation with his deep background in Banking. Later he took over as Head of Marketing for CMCs Northern Region. He also had a brief stint as General Manager of WTI, a Joint Venture between Westinghouse and Tatas. Anil along with Sanjay, founded Eastern Software Systems in 1990. Anil has been passionate about the need for development of Indian Intellectual Property Rights in the Global Software arena. He was a member of the "Task Force on Information Technology" set up by the Prime Minister of India. His inputs formed a part of the Task Force's recommendations, many of which have been implemented at the National Level. Anil is also recognized as a voice of the mid sized IT businesses in India , and writes frequently for various publications. More recently, He is a part of NASSCOM (www.nasscom.org) Task Force on INNOVATION IN IT COMPANIES IN INDIA
Sanjay Agarwala - Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Software System (a Beyondsoft Company, www.essindia.com)
Sanjay holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Indian Institute of Management , Ahmedabad, which is among the top business schools of the world. Sanjay started his career with Escorts Limited where he was involved with Corporate Market Research and Project Planning. Subsequently he worked with CMC for five years where he was responsible for marketing of several mega projects including those to the Telecom, Indian Railways, Banking, Aviation, Education, and Agriculture sectors. He was given the company's Annual award for innovative marketing and various other awards recognitions for his performance. Sanjay had the distinction of being the youngest manager in CMC at that time and was Regional Marketing Manager for North. In 1990, Sanjay and Anil came together and decided to set up Eastern Software Systems. In the recent years, Sanjay has been committed to taking ESS to the international markets so the Indian Products can find their place in the sun.
