(2012.01) Beyondsoft’s IPO Launches with Ceremony in Shenzhen

(January 6, 2012, SHENZHEN, CHINA) Beyondsoft Corporation is now officially listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) under the stock code 002649 and ticker symbol ‘Beyondsoft Corp’.


At 9:00, the grand listing ceremony was held in Shenzhen. Ms. Cheng Hong, Vice Mayor of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality and Zhao Xiaofan, Chairman at China Software Industry Association (CSIA) attended the ceremony. Ms. Cheng Hong delivered a speech that highly praised Beyondsoft’s 16-year steady development and innovation in the field of software services. High level officials from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce (BJCOC) and the SZSE were also present at the ceremony.
