On February 25, the Third Annual ChinaSourcing Summit was grandly held in Harbin. Directed by the Software Services Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (“MIIT”), the event was co-sponsored by the Committee of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin Municipal Government, and the China Software and Information Service Outsourcing Industry Association. The summit, with the theme of “Enhance Information Technology Services, Promote Transformation & Upgrading of Industry”, summarized the achievements of China’s software and information technology service industry, brainstormed ideas on hot topics, built up the platform for exchange, created space of dialogue between government and enterprise, and summed up measures to develop industry and advanced experience from excellent outsourcing cities and corporations. An annual award ceremony was designed to recognize a group of excellent individuals, companies, and software parks. It inspired confidence and business opportunities, and also enhanced ChinaSourcing brand and industry development.
