methodology and process after years of providing testing
services for global IT giants such as Microsoft and
Hewlett-Packard. We are especially experienced in managing
complicated international projects, in which our offshore
services are customized to meet the needs of international
customers in a timely and efficiently manner.
Besides the usual project management, we find that in
handling big and complex testing projects, we also have
to employ matrix management.
Matrix Management
Here is a simple description of what matrix management
involves:

Our testers are divided into different function groups,
each focusing on a specific function or feature of the
product. In setting up a cross-functional team, the
project manager optimizes the allocation of resources
and function-focused testers. In this way, the project
is always supplied with the right array of testers,
and each tester greatly expands his or her knowledge
and skills in a specific area after each project.
