Our testers are divided into different function groups, each focusing on a specific function or feature of the product. In setting up a cross-functional team, the project manager optimizes the allocation of resources and function-focused testers. In this way, the project is always supplied with the right array of testers, and each tester greatly expands his or her knowledge and skills in a specific area after each project.
