Beyondsoft has always cared about software quality. We adopt strict and normative methods of software quality control in order to ensure the high quality of our products and services. Besides comprehensively testing our end products, we place a great emphasis on tracking and controlling the software process. We have established regulations, templates, and working processes in demand management, project planning, deployment management, quality assurance, and changing control. We have set up an independent SQA department with deployment managers, who check and audit project process and changing regularly. All these are designed based on IEEE software standards and measured according to the CMMI 3

and ISO9001 standards. In addition, we have built up a standard software process, which guarantees the normative project process and shortens the software development period. Moreover, we have set up a central database to manage the data of all our projects. The database has data digging and analyzing functions, which can provide important references for further project estimates.
