Last week, Beyondsoft joined partners and customers in Shanghai, including Jean-Philippe Courtois EVP and President, Global Sales, Marketing & Operations at Microsoft, to discuss opportunities and challenges surrounding AI.
In the meeting, Beyondsoft co-founder, and COO, Marshall Ma, showcased a solution created for world-renowned sports utility and sportswear manufacturer and retailer Decathlon, a global company headquartered in France. Beyondsoft and Decathlon have worked together to accelerate the digital transformation of Decathlon’s business. The two companies also introduced a new smart treadmill project jointly developed with Beyondsoft’s AI solution using the Microsoft Azure Intelligent Cloud Platform.
Understanding the importance of AI and ML to the future successes of our customers, Beyondsoft has worked to incorporate these capabilities into our latest solutions and offerings. One such example is our Business Operations Centers team, who is rolling out an updated Command Center offering using predictive analytics to alert users when issues become critical, without having to rely on scores of paid consultants to monitor screens.
With a 24 year history of working with Microsoft across hundreds of projects, AI and machine learning are the latest in a long line of technical innovations that Beyondsoft has embraced to further the skills and decision-making capabilities of our customers and partners.
