Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead Agile / Scrum development teams in design and development activities
    and guide them on technical direction
  • Lead project requirements with hands-on codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents
    programs
  • Performs advanced and complex programming, coding and documentation of systems and
    applications software
  • Conduct, and guides others, in technical software development, testing and debug systems
    and software applications, as needed
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications to write
    applications and programs
  • Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business
    usage to ensure successful system design and functionality
  • Work on technical issues and recommend technical solutions or workarounds
  • Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback
  • Involve in project life cycle to deliver operational excellence and digital transformation in the
    organization
  • Provide application support and advice to user to enable the effective and efficient use of the
    applications, including conducting application training to users, troubleshooting, and
    resolving software, connectivity, user access and component configuration problems
Required Experience:
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in software development, system analysis and
    application support
  • Skills in Agile principles and Cloud-based technologies will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical ability on business & technical requirements and issues, with good problems
    solving skill
  • Have knowledge of infrastructure technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of networking technologies
