Throughout our talent journey, our employees upskill their knowledge in project management, software engineering, data and analytics, and AI, to foster a culture of creativity and problem-solving skills. To successfully build a tech-savvy workforce that meets our ‘follow the sun model,’ we participated in the annual  CINDE Multilingual Job Fair  held at the Antigua Aduana, San José – Costa Rica from 5 to 7 April 2024.  

Costa Rica: The Ideal Nearshore Talent Pool 

In recent years, Costa Rica has emerged as one of the premier nearshore locations to support our clients in both engineering and non-engineering projects.

CINDE Job Fair: Identifying a Diverse Pool of Talent  

One of the event’s key highlights was the opportunity to identify candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications and the creativity, curiosity, and adaptability needed to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We were impressed by the diverse range of experiences and perspectives brought by the candidates, reflecting the richness of ideas and innovation potential.

Additionally, we engaged with candidates who demonstrated mastery in multiple languages, predominantly English, alongside other languages such as Portuguese, French, and German. The fair was a successful platform for building candidate pipelines and fostering interactions between candidates and companies, facilitating in-person engagement over three days.

Selection: Emphasis was placed on enhancing employability, providing career guidance to candidates, collaborating with partner organizations to tailor profiles to specific roles, and facilitating interactions with Beyondsoft experts across various domains, including BI Engineering, Cloud Adoption, our Salesforce practice, Data and Analytics, Engineering, and Production Design, to ascertain skill sets swiftly.
