2024 Americas Region Year in Review

As this year ends, we look back on our growth and success, which wouldn’t have been possible without our employees, valued clients, and partners. Their strong support and trust have played a pivotal role in shaping our company. We have built upon an incredible journey and laid the foundation for an even brighter future in the coming year.

Here are a few key memorable moments from 2024.

Creating a strong LinkedIn community presence

In 2023, we gained 100,000+ organic LinkedIn followers in the Americas region. As of December 2024, our organic followers went up to 134,000+. Our community has grown a lot because our employees, clients, followers, and partners are involved. They trust our content.

Elevating our technology expertise

Early this year, we were invited to the Microsoft AI Tour in Brazil, where we demonstrated our AI project, codenamed BeyondX. The team received tremendous positive feedback and we went on to partner with Microsoft for our first Customer Day in Brazil. These two events further cement our expertise in AI and cloud technologies.

We have a team focused on data center automation and robotic operations. Rack moves, server repairs, and network maintenance are traditionally labor-intensive and time-consuming. However, with the introduction of robotics and automated processes, we support our clients in streamlining these tasks. With automation, our clients reduce the complexity of managing large-scale infrastructure, thus minimizing errors and outages.

In June, we launched our video expert series highlighting our teams’ expertise across tech domains such as security and governance, cloud services, modern apps, data and analytics, and business process management. While we know that AI dominates the tech stack, the video series provides just-in-time knowledge for our clients to consider the challenges and opportunities of investing in the right infrastructure before they adopt AI.

In July, we were recognized in the 2024 ISG Provider Lens™ Life Sciences Digital Service Global Report introduced by Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm. This independent report validated our Life Sciences tech expertise and authenticates our position as your trusted advisor in this rapidly evolving field.

In September, we participated in the CS LATAM 2024 conference, organized by Camscat (CĂĄmara de Servicios Corporativos de Alta TecnologĂa) in San JosĂŠ, Costa Rica sharing our thoughts on the importance of AI Agents using a real-world example of how they are being applied to simplify HR and IT workflows.

In November, our Costa Rica team presented to 100+ attendees from various global corporations during the annual Operational Excellence (OpEx) Day event organized by CAMSCAT. They spoke about how traditional OpEx methods like Failure Mode Analysis and Kaizen are combined with technology to enhance operations and processes to achieve dramatic quality and efficiency gains.

Fostering a strong team culture

We believe that “culture eats strategy for breakfast” and we work hard to give our employees the tools they need to innovate and thrive at work. Our culture promotes accountability, collaboration, and transparency. Though we are not perfect, we’re actively improving and growing as a team. These values are evident in our workplace.

In February, we came together to create the perfect mix of dumpling fillings. Every step was an exercise in collaboration and agility. Food brings out the best in us.

In March and May, we took part in two major tech recruitment events: the CINDE Job Fair and the Procomer Job Fair. We were thrilled to see that candidates weren’t just interested in job openings—they were genuinely curious about our company culture and long-term career growth. We engaged in meaningful one-on-one conversations with individuals at various stages of their careers, listening closely to their aspirations and offering thoughtful responses. These authentic exchanges not only energized our team but left candidates excited about applying their expertise to drive customer success with us. By the end of these events, we had gathered nearly 3,000 applications and conducted over 50 interviews.

In October, our Brazil team was honored with the 2024 Great Place to Work award for the second consecutive year, and we are proud of their strong collaboration.

In November, we shared with our LinkedIn community the value of rehiring former employees. They bring a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas that can significantly boost productivity and morale.

The award, along with the benefits of rehiring former employees and our success in tech recruitment, highlight our teams’ dedication to fostering a strong team culture.

Paying it forward

Our diverse experiences have bonded us more resolutely in our collective mission to give back to communities and be more vigilant in minimizing waste that goes into landfills.

In April, we participated in the 2024 Society for Information Management (SIM) Houston Charity Golf Tournament. We proactively invite all golfers in the Houston area to participate in the round of golf and raise funds for Greater Houston Metro Area Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) initiatives.

In July, our Chicago team members hosted 15 students from Stevenson High School to our Schaumburg office, and we exchanged thoughts on the need for lifelong learning, an essential mindset required to be successful in the working world.

In the same month, our Bellevue team members decided to phase out single-use paper and plastic products. This small change contributes to a positive impact on our environment by reducing landfill waste.

Between October and November our Costa Rica team organized a Women in Tech workshop in partnership with Suri School and the She Can Be An Astronaut Foundation, both of which are privately funded educational programs that provide scholarships for students from underprivileged backgrounds.

We shared practical insights with 100 young women and demonstrated the value of having a career in technology. We touched on topics such as Salesforce User Management, Graphic and Production Design, and emphasized the ‘Can Do’ attitude to achieve career goals.

Driving customer success

This year we shared eight customer stories that provided real-life examples of how our team partnered with our clients and their stakeholders to solve challenges in Insurance, Healthcare, High-Tech, and many others. Here are the insights:

Our growth and success were not accidental. We are intentional about driving customer success and making a positive impact to our communities, while building a diverse culture where our employees thrive and feel empowered to do what’s right for our clients.
