THE CHALLENGE

Guidoni Group faced challenges with its decentralized Office 365 infrastructure across its offices in Brazil, Europe, and the United States. This setup complicated account and access management, with license assignments taking up to 48 hours. The fragmented system also hindered communication and productivity, as file sharing and interactions across separate tenants created a disjointed experience, akin to two distinct companies communicating.

THE SOLUTION

To address these challenges, Guidoni Group partnered with us to integrate the business units within a centralized Office 365 infrastructure managed from Brazil. This strategic project, completed in about two months, included comprehensive training for migration technicians and the implementation of best practices for optimized Office 365 management.
