In the heart of the business world, where the pursuit of excellence is relentless, our Beyondsoft Brazil team prioritized what truly matters: the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. For three consecutive years (2023 to 2025), we have been honored with the prestigious Great Place to Work recognition, a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and thriving workplace. But how did we get here?

Larissa Ferreira, our marketing leader at Beyondsoft Brazil sat down with Alexandra Visconti, Human Resources Manager, Beyondsoft Brazil and Costa Rica, to chat about our recent certification given by the Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

Larissa Ferreira: Alexandra, could you tell us what it means for Beyondsoft Brazil to receive the GPTW?

Alexandra Visconti: Receiving the GPTW certification for the third consecutive year is a great honor for us. It reflects our continuous commitment to listening to our employees. Through the survey, we aim to understand what is good and needs improvement. We intentionally create a workplace where every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered. We listened to feedback, tried new ideas, and worked closely together to solve problems. The strong, close-knit relationships we have built lay the groundwork for our current and future success. This recognition cements our commitment to creating an inclusive and transparent work environment that fosters a culture of respect and innovation.

Larissa Ferreira: What were the main topics highlighted by employees in this year’s GPTW survey?

Alexandra Visconti: This year, we had a 93% participation rate in the survey, which is already a positive point. The most highly rated aspects were the dimensions of respect and credibility. In terms of respect, we were recognized as a safe place to work. In terms of credibility, employees highlighted the competence and honesty of our leadership, which demonstrates strong trust in our management team.

Larissa Ferreira: What are the main areas for improvement you have identified and what are your plans for 2025 to further enhance the work environment?

Alexandra Visconti: To be honest, as the company grows, our dedication to our team has grown in tandem. We reviewed the employees’ feedback, fine-tuned our approach, and developed a series of initiatives for 2025. We will continue to focus on professional development, improving communication, and we are studying actions related to benefits. Since 2023, the company has been striving to address the immediate needs of our team. We have implemented a Mentorship Program, an English study platform, and an Employee Portal, and there is more to come.

Larissa Ferreira: And how do you feel personally, seeing Beyondsoft Brazil achieve this certification for the third consecutive year?

Alexandra Visconti: I feel extremely fulfilled. This is an achievement for everyone: directors, managers, and employees.

Each person strives to do their best, and the result is a 9.0 rating in GPTW. To reach this level in just three years is very gratifying. To serve our external clients with excellence, we must do the same with our internal clients. I believe we are on the right path.
