The Challenges:

Banking and financial business processes involve an overabundance of repetitive tasks, causing our client to seek our expertise on banking automation technology, intending to gain greater accuracy, trust, and efficiency.

Solution:

Accelerated Automation Program

This Program envisions to enhance, optimize, and automate existing infrastructure and its associated monitoring services.

It focuses on gathering appropriate information to comprehend relevant IT infrastructure and subsequently design, structure, and implement Automation focused operational workflow. Where feasible, existing tools and systems shall be leveraged.

Scope:

Covers selected applications and infrastructure on three critical focus areas such as (nothing wrong with viz., but the simpler the better) Retail, Wholesale and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Two key focus areas for Automation – application focused monitoring (Observability), and Performance & Capacity.

Key Benefits:

Shift away from manual procedures of running tasks, into  improved, script based Automated way of performing tasks, , thus boosting efficiency and reducing errors to near zero.
