Expanding Our Reach

We built our foundation in Asia and expanded globally. In 2002, we established our presence in in U.S. and then proceeded to extending our reach to Costa Rica and Brazil. This expansion enables us to provide our clients with 24/7 support through a follow-the-sun model, ensuring help is always available, no matter the time zone.

With this expansion, our U.S. Head Office is now the Americas Head Office, home to approximately 500 employees working in these two continents.

As we celebrate 30 years in business, our presence spans 15 countries across North America, South America, Asia, and Europe. Our global Head Office in Singapore bridges both Eastern and Western markets, giving us a unique advantage in helping clients navigate complex business landscapes.
