The client relied heavily on people-driven processes for user onboarding, transaction verification, and claims processing for approximately 10,000 merchants. Every day, 180 associates manually processed these high-volume functions, fetching and storing data into a database. This approach was time-consuming and limited the client’s ability to scale quickly and drive efficiencies.

Solution

The BeyondKognition™ platform addressed the challenge by enabling automated chargeback reconciliation as the first step, which sped up the claim processing and allowed users to focus only on exceptions.

The BeyondKognition™ platform facilitated login to payment gateways, automated the fetching of chargebacks, updated the CRM, verified the USPS portal, assembled evidence into an affidavit, and filed the claim with the banks. The process was fully automated end-to-end, freeing the client from the constraints of manual processing and increasing efficiency.
