Client’s existing legacy Content Management System (CMS) was not supporting their growth aspirations and was looking for a modern CMS to migrate their web presence. They needed to gain greater insights into their marketing efforts, increase user engagement, improve conversion rates and an efficient way to manage content.

Solution

Beyondsoft implemented Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and migrated content from the legacy CMS platform.

• Content can now be uploaded directly by the marketing team, with minimal support from the technology team
• The process of checking content is a much lighter-touch validation process, which is both more cost effective in the long term, and produces fewer errors 
• New, dynamic content can be used by content authors which is much more likely to appeal to the target audience
• Analytics are more insightful and easier to obtain. The production team no longer need the intervention of data analysts who instead are free to concentrate on their own value-add activity
